The client, a manufacturer of dietary supplements and nutraceuticals, needed to expand its distribution network in the Spanish market. The project involved targeted scouting activities aimed at specialised distributors and industrial companies interested in contract manufacturing. The activity focused on identifying decision-makers (CEOs and Purchasing Managers) in strategic areas such as Alcobendas, Cartagena and Alicante, in order to propose direct supply and product development solutions.
